Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with our gift wrapping service, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your wrapped item. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Our team takes pride in delivering premium quality wrapping. If there are any issues with the presentation, materials, or execution, we will rewrap your item at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

More Than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any deposits or prepayments.

Within 24 Hours

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover materials and reserved time.

Custom Orders

Custom materials purchased specifically for your project are non-refundable once ordered. We will discuss all custom elements with you before procurement.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

For cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or cheque, as preferred.

Damaged Items

While we handle all items with utmost care, we are not liable for damage to items caused by:

  • Inherent defects or fragility of the item
  • Inadequate packaging of the original gift
  • Damage occurring after collection or delivery
  • Normal wear during transport by third-party carriers

Please inform us of any special handling requirements when booking your service.

Delivery Services

Delivery fees are non-refundable once your item has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or recipient unavailability.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information provided by the client, additional delivery charges may apply.

Corporate Clients

Corporate clients with ongoing service agreements may have different terms as outlined in their specific contracts. Please refer to your service agreement or contact your account manager for details.
