Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Custom orders and materials purchased specifically for your project are non-refundable.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched.
While we take utmost care with all items entrusted to us, Khexylonzyhloxal is not liable for damage to items caused by inherent defects, fragility, or inadequate packaging of the original gift. Clients should inform us of any special handling requirements.
